Dan Engel

Dan specializes in the building and marketing of SaaS products and companies. Before co-founding Mobile1st, Dan co-founded FastSpring in 2005 and was the company’s CEO 2005-2013. FastSpring, with over $120 million in revenue, manages web storefronts for 3,000+ software companies globally. Prior to FastSpring, Dan led online consumer acquisition for Google’s multi-billion dollar products AdSense and AdWords. Dan joined Google from Picasa, a digital photo software company acquired by Google in 2004. At Picasa, Dan served as VP of Market Development. Prior to Picasa, Dan marketed GoToMyPC and GoToMeeting software, generating over $25 million in revenue over 18 months. That revenue growth helped lead to a $225 million acquisition by Citrix Systems in 2003, building what is today a leading brand and the #3 largest SaaS company globally by revenue with over $700 million recurring annually. Jeremy Bodenhamer

Jeremy Bodenhamer is the co-founder and CEO of ShipHawk, a logistics automation technology that provides instant shipping solutions that help businesses grow. He is the leading expert in the intersection of shipping and eCommerce, has been featured on TechCrunch, AOL and SoCalTech, is an active volunteer in the community, and is a frequent panelist and speaker on innovative technology and business development. Bodenhamer lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, educator and youth advocate Bethany Bodenhamer, and their three sons.

Per Pettersen

Per brings a unique mix of engineering and entrepreneurial experience to his work at Impact Radius, where he is co-founder and CEO. Per focuses equally on technology and growth initiatives in his passion to build and deliver the world’s most complete marketing technology suite. He has been instrumental in attracting leading advertisers, agencies, and media partners to the Impact Radius platform.

Per also co-founded successful internet companies (sold to Cox Communications in 2012) and Leadpoint (the world’s first, fully transparent lead marketplace). In 1998, Per helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as co-founder and CTO of Commission Junction, the world’s first affiliate network. Per earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and his Master of Science in computer engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Fun Facts: Per has a part-time home in Oslo, Norway. He loves Johnny Cash but no other country artists.

Andrea Holland

Andrea Holland is the CEO and Founder of, a consultancy specializing in agile communications. With nearly a decade of experience working at some of the top global PR firms in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and New York, she’s worked alongside large companies including Intuit, PayPal, Safeway and LegalZoom. Her expertise is in helping emerging growth and established companies tell their story, problem solve, and create communication programs that truly impact business goals. In 2014, she founded DialedPR, built on the philosophy that communications needs to be agile – just like the early stage companies she and her team work with, including Aceable Stack Lighting, Sony Future Labs and Brainwell. From message development and media relations to long term thought leadership and social media, her team is nimble and spontaneous, but always aligned with strategy. An avid traveler, Andrea recently got back from a month long entrepreneurship program in Indonesia, as well as SXSW in Austin. When she’s not traveling you can find her in living and playing in Santa Barbara.
