Over the past 25 years, Todd has been a key contributor to the development of successful consumer products and business ventures for companies like BMW, Siemens, Compaq, Samsonite, Phillips, Johnson & Johnson, Porsche Design Golf, Nokia, and Blue Microphones. He has held senior positions with BMW in their Southern California Design Center, Nokia, and several startup companies including Revolve Electronics.

Django Dexter is an international manufacturing executive based in Santa Barbara. Django is a Sr. Director of MMI Holdings where he directly manages the manufacture and sale of 800-million products per year. He has accumulated a broad knowledge of high-volume domestic and overseas manufacturing through his 15-year career and has founded multiple companies along the way. While volunteering as a UCSB startup mentor, Django saw a significant gap in manufacturing know-how in new businesses, leading to his founding of Gaviota Global Industries in 2013, which helps startups navigate the difficult world of overseas manufacturing. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and 14 granted US patents.

Corporate executive turned entrepreneur, Krista has over two decades of international business expertise, was an expat for Nike in Hong Kong and Tokyo and has an extensive background in building brands and products helping drive business for companies ranging from start up to Fortune 100 organizations. She has worked across many market sectors including technology, consumer products (footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories), health and wellness, hospitality/guest services, and more.A few brands in her portfolio include Nike, UGG Australia, Diesel, Seven for All Mankind, Tsubo, Hurley, Michael Stars, Reebok, Speedo and others.
After two life altering events in 2006, she passionately infused philanthropy with her brand building work and co-founded two social enterprise companies, pioneering the space and as has helped serve advisory roles for others that focus on philanthropic capitalism as their core brand platform. Krista’s been building products on behalf of brands or for her own businesses in Asia, Europe and beyond for over two decades.

He’s spent the last 9 years with the Stella Group, a company that provides manufacturing services for 35 brands just over 60 million pairs annually. Brands range from Prada,Bally , to Timberland, UGG,Rockport, Cole Haan to Nike and Under Armour. Stella International also owns a OEM handbag business and about 200 retail stores in China under the factory brand Stella Luna.
